Usually less than 24 business hours. You receive an email as soon as your project is published.
Do I have to reply to professionals?
No. You’re free to choose who you want to continue the conversation with.
Are my conversations confidential?
Yes. Messages are encrypted on our servers and only the client and the professional concerned can read them. Soumets ton projet administrators may access them only in exceptional cases, to handle a dispute or a report of abuse, to respond to a request from an authority empowered to require it, or to respond to an access request made under the law. Each access is justified and recorded in a register.
Is Soumets ton projet a party to the contract?
No. The platform connects the parties; the agreement is made directly between the client and the professional. For construction work, always check the contractor’s RBQ licence.
