All about subscriptions
Can I browse projects without a subscription?
Yes. All posted projects can be viewed for free. A subscription is only required to express your interest and send your contact information to the client.
What is an expression of interest?
When you click “I’m interested” on a project, your contact information, your website or portfolio and a short message are sent to the client, and a private conversation opens in your secure inbox. The client then decides who to continue the conversation with.
What happens if I reach the Essential plan limit?
The Essential plan includes 3 expressions of interest per month. They renew on the 1st of each month. You can switch to the Pro plan at any time for unlimited access.
Do you take a commission on my contracts?
No. No commission and no per-contact fees: you only pay for your subscription.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There’s no commitment: you can cancel from your account. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid.
Can I get a refund?
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel them at any time. Annual subscriptions are fully refundable within 14 days of payment if no expression of interest has been sent. All the details are in our refund policy.
How does the annual plan work?
The annual plan is billed once a year and saves you the equivalent of two months compared with the monthly plan.
Are taxes included?
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.
